The Fremont shop was first opened in 2005 and was the 3rd addition to the Dr. Jack's family of shops. In 2009, we relocated to a newly remodeled facility conveniently located at 653 N Main St.
Featuring a 1500 sq. foot facility, sterile environment, freindly atmosphere, and comfortable lounge areas equipped with; couches, big screen TV, DVD player, and computers with internet access.
