The Millard shop was first opened in 2003 and was the 1st addition to the Dr. Jack's family of shops. In 2008, we relocated to a newly remodeled facility conveniently located at 13311 Millard Ave.
Featuring a 2500 sq. foot facility, sterile environment, friendly atmosphere, and comfortable lounge areas equipped with; couches, big screen TV, DVD player, and computers with internet access.
